The Viking BR-70 has

• Built-in uprights of great strength with an ergonomic slight rear slope to leave the bar comfortably. They are lined with anti-scratch metal at the bar’s drop points and has 2 pairs of J-cups with the option of placing them at 5 different heights to achieve maximum safety in chest and shoulder pressures. The contact surface of the J-cups with the bar is cylindrical to facilitate its horizontal movement according to the grip handle.
• Strong central frame that joins the uprights on two reinforced triangular bases for great stability.
• Platform seat that slides integrally on the central column to come to the ideal exercise position. The back can be reclined at 3 different heights.
• Exercise mechanism for quadriceps and biceps femoris.
• Biceps brachial pillow ( Lary Squat ).
